4. Scheduling and Appointments
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability
- Emergency services are available 24/7 with additional charges
- We will provide estimated arrival times but cannot guarantee exact times
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
- No-show appointments may be subject to fees

- We are not responsible for damage to landscaping or property not related to our work

8. Liability and Insurance
- We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage
- Customer should notify us immediately of any problems or concerns
- Claims must be made within 30 days of service completion
9. Permits and Codes
- We will obtain necessary permits when required
- All work will be performed to current local codes
- Customer is responsible for permit fees unless otherwise agreed
- Changes to work may require additional permits
- Code violations discovered during work must be addressed
10. Emergency Services
- Emergency services are available 24/7 for urgent plumbing issues
- Additional charges apply for after-hours, weekends, and holidays
- Emergency response times may vary based on weather and demand
- Temporary repairs may be necessary pending full service
- Safety is our top priority in emergency situations
11. Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be cancelled with 2 hours notice
- Emergency services may not be cancellable once dispatched
- Repeated cancellations may result in service fees
- Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge
- Work in progress cannot be cancelled without payment for completed work
12. Dispute Resolution
- We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes
- Disputes should be reported within 30 days
- Mediation may be required before legal action
- These terms are governed by Illinois state law
- Jurisdiction is in Cook County, Illinois
13. Changes to Terms
